Sorry Jenn, I made a misteak. The minced pork does not need to be marinated, just fry it until golden brown.

Question: The recipe lists 2 teaspoons minced ginger and 1 Tablespoon cooking wine, but then lists “4 garlic cloves, sliced”, and “2 thumb ginger, sliced”. Also, the instructions in your description state, “Add marinated pork to stir-fry until aromatic and slightly golden brown .” But the instructions in the recipe itself refer to ‘minced pork.’

Can you explain what the two types of ginger are used for, and, if the pork should be marinated, how is that done? Thanks.
