OMG!! I had leftover roast pork shoulder from Sunday dinner and really had an urge for pork and cabbage . Came across this, utterly delicious!
Pork already cooked but I refried it in a smidge of oil. I didn’t have Thai chilli peppers so, used 50g of red bell pepper and a good pinch of chilli flakes which I cooked in with the refried pork. Was MARVELLOUS. Next time though (and there will definitely be a next time!) I will leave out the added 1/4 tspn of salt, for me just a bit too salty.

This was so easy and delicious. I drained off almost all of the fat from the pork belly and it did not seem to matter. I will definitely make it again.
