I’m not complaining about the recipe, but I like to make the marinade, then cook the eggs to soft boiled, then cook the two together, till the eggs look a bit darker, then let it soak, this way, it has more flavor and you soak it for less time

Actually depending on the temperature. In winter, it can keep for at least 5 days. But we recommend eat them up within 2 days in summer.
