My son has a wheat allergy and can’t eat the store-bought spring roll wrappers. I have searched everywhere for a gluten free alternative but with no luck. We tried the rice spring roll wrappers (the one you have to soak in water before using) but they are not crispy and end up being soggy when fried.
I tried this recipe using gluten-free flour and worked perfectly. Thank you for sharing this recipe and method of cooking. He can now have crunchy and gluten free spring rolls.

my family usually eat it on tomb Sweeping Day in April,
rolling lots of seaweed, shelled peanuts, egg, strip of vegetables, etc.
