The honey I used is the common wild honey from my Uncle. So no brand. Try to use less stronger honey or if you don’t love the taste, use syrup as a substitute.

Simply the problem of the pork. If you use the same batch next time, place the pork (skin downside) and then add a very small amount of water to cover the skin only. Cook for around 10 to 15 minutes can help to soften the skin.
